Shortly after an LTL Brokerage booking request has been received, an <b>ArcBest Bill of Lading</b> (BOL) will be emailed to the requester of the quote. 

<b>Important Note</b>: Please use the ArcBest BOL to enable proper tracking and billing. 

If providing your own BOL, please list ArcBest as your Third-Party to ensure we apply your quote. Failure to do so may result in a billing error or additional charges to correct pricing.
