This error will display if:
No API ID was submitted in the request
The API ID submitted does not match an existing profile
The API ID does match an existing profile but that profile hasn’t requested API access
To access the Rate Quote API, visit https://arcb.com/tools/api/rate-quote and fill in the required fields.
If you can’t find your API ID, locate it here: https://arcb.com/api.
