With AutoTrack, you can receive pickup and delivery email notifications for LTL, Time-Critical, Volume, and Truckload shipments at for specific account locations.

In the Send notifications for section, decide if you would like to receive notifications for LTL, Time-Critical, Volume, and Truckload Shipments or only receive Time-Critical Shipments by toggling the radio button.

In the Account Locations section, select the account locations you want to receive notifications about. You can also decide what type of notification you'd like to receive at each location.

In the Notification Recipients section, identify who needs to receive notifications for these shipments. Note that by default, the email address found in the 'User' section of the profile will receive these notifications. Two additional recipients can be added in this section.
