Search

To search for a specific shipment, use Quick Search.

Filters

Use filters to determine the criteria of shipments to be shown in the shipment list.

Shipment Status

  • To select all in transit shipments, select In Transit.
  • To select all shipments that have been picked up, select Picked Up.
  • To select all shipments that are delayed, select Delayed.
  • To select all shipments with an appointment, select Has Appointment.
  • To select all delivered shipments, select Delivered.
  • To select all shipments with a projected delivery date within selected date range, select Due.
  • To select all shipments, select All Shipments.

Date Range

When In-Transit or Delayed is selected:

  • the default date range is set to All Active Shipments.

When Picked Up or Delivered is selected:

  • select Last X Days and and enter days to show the shipments picked up or delivered in the last X days.
  • select Today to show all shipments picked up or delivered today.
  • Select Custom to select a specific date range within the last 45 days.

When Has Appointment or Due is selected:

  • select Next X Days and and enter days to show the shipments picked up or delivered in the next X days.
  • select Today to show all shipments with appointments scheduled for today or where projected delivery is due today.
  • select Custom to select a specific date range within the next 45 days.

When All Shipments is selected:

  • select Last 45 Days to show all shipments within the last 45 days.
  • select Last X Days from the drop-down and enter days to show all shipments in the last x days.
  • select Month to Date to show all shipments from the first of the current month to today.
  • select Last Two Weeks to show all shipments in the last two weeks.
  • select Today to see all shipments that have activity today.
  • select Next X Days from the drop-down and enter days to show all shipments in the next x days.
  • select Custom to select a specific date range within the last or next 45 days.

Direction

  • To select all shipments shipping to your location, select Inbound.
  • To select all shipment shipping from your location, select Outbound.
  • To select all shipments where you are listed as the third party, select Third Party.

Service Provided

  • To view LTL shipments, select LTL.
  • To view time-critical shipments, select Time Critical.
  • To view trade show shipments, select Trade Show.
  • To view truckload shipments, select Truckload.
  • To view final mile shipments, select Final Mile.
  • To view volume shipments, select Volume.
  • To view Panther shipments, select Panther.

Billing

  • To view paid shipments, select Paid.
  • To view unpaid shipments, select Not Paid.
  • To view overdue shipments, select Overdue.

Exceptions

To view shipments with exceptions, select Has Transit Time Exceptions.

Shipment Details

Additional shipment details can be viewed by using these options: 

  • To view additional shipment details or set up email notifications for a shipment, click Show Details.
  • To open the Document Retrieval tool and all documents associated with a shipment, click View Documents.
  • To view an invoice associated with a shipment, click View Invoice.
  • To view the payment history for a shipment, click View Payment History.
  • To open the Dynamic Rerouting tool, click Reroute Shipment.
