Select your affiliation(s) with the shipment
If sending freight, select Shipper.
If receiving freight, select Consignee.
If otherwise associated with shipment, select Third Party.
Select your payment terms
If using ArcBest approved credit, select Prepaid.
If submitting payment prior to pickup, select Collect.
If you would like information to auto-fill forms with your contact information, check Auto-Fill forms with My Information.
Enter your default contact information
Address and contact information for shipments.
Click Choose from Locations to find the appropriate location in the pop-up modal or add information manually.
Click Update to update profile information.
