Book a Ground Expedite Shipment

**Use the Ground Expedite Direct Booking form to book a ground expedite shipment.

Customer

Select the customer address id. 

Requested By

Enter information for the person responsible for this shipment. To select the requester information from a list of contacts, click Change Requester

Billing Info

  1. If sending freight, select Shipper.

  2. If receiving freight, select Consignee.

  3. If otherwise associated with shipment, select Third Party.

  4. Verify account number and address.

Origin

Address and contact information for where shipment will originate. 

  1. Enter contact information for the origin.

  2. Select your pickup date and the time the shipment will be available for pickup. 

  3. Select the time the business will close. 

  4. Select the location type of the business. 

Shipment Items

Information for the items on the shipment.

  1. Enter the number of pieces.

  2. Select a Package Type to identify how shipment item is packaged.

  3. Enter the dimensions.

  4. Enter the weight of the shipment item.

  5. Enter commodity description

  6. If the shipment item is hazardous, select Hazardous and fill in hazmat information.

  7. If the shipment item is stackable, select this option.

  8. To add additional shipment item, click Add another Shipment Item.

Destination

Address and contact information for where shipment will be delivered. 

  1. Enter contact information for the destination.

  2. Select your delivery date and delivery time.

  3. Select the location type of the business. 

Service Options

Select the service options you need to more accurately determine shipping charges.

References

Add any shipment reference numbers associated with shipment. 

Book Expedited Shipment

Click Book Expedited Shipment to book the shipment.
