Request a LTL Pickup with the Multi-Pickup Form

Use the multi LTL pickup request form to enter information and request a pickup for your shipment.

ArcBest® provides a convenient way to schedule a freight pickup online. Enter the specifics of your shipment, including shipper and consignee details, origin and destination addresses, when the freight will be ready for pickup, commodities information, special instructions and additional services the shipment requires.

Requester Information 

Information for the person responsible for this shipment. Click Show Optional Fields to enter additional information. To add or change auto-fill information, update your preferences in My Profile.

Select your affiliation(s) with the shipment

  1. If sending freight, select Shipper.

  2. If receiving freight, select Consignee.

  3. If otherwise associated with shipment, select Third Party.

Enter additional contact information for the person responsible for this shipment.

Origin

Address and contact information for where shipment will originate. If Shipper was selected in Requester Information this section will automatically be completed with appropriate profile information.

  1. If sending to a stored contact/location click Choose from Contacts/Locations to find the appropriate contact/location in the pop-up modal.

  2. If sending to a new or unknown contact/location enter at least Country and Zip Code of origin.

  3. To call to arrange a pickup or to select email notifications, use the selection boxes on the right.

Pickup Information

  1. Select your pickup date and the time the shipment will be available for pickup. 

  2. Select the time the business will open and the time the business will close. 

Destination

Address and contact information for where the shipment will be delivered. If Receiver was selected in Requester Information this section will automatically be completed with appropriate profile information.

  1. If sending to a stored contact/location click Choose from Contacts/Locations to find the appropriate contact/location in the pop-up modal.

  2. If sending to a new or unknown contact/location enter at least Country and Zip Code of destination.

Select your payment terms

  1. If the shipper is responsible for freight charges, select Prepaid.

  2. If the consignee is responsible for freight charges, select Collect.

  3. Select your pickup date. The date selected is for BOL information only and does not submit a Pickup Request.

Add commodity information

  1. If shipping a stored or known commodity, select Choose from Commodities.

  2. If shipping a new or unknown commodity, enter commodity information manually.

  3. To add additional commodity, click Add New Commodity.

Add additional shipment information

Enter reference numbers or special instructions associated with your shipment. 

To add another shipment to the pickup request, click Add Another Shipment

Additional Service Options

Select any service option that your shipment requires for proper handling. 

Request Pickup

Click Request Pickup to submit the pickup request.
