Use the final-mile rate quote form to enter shipment specifics, select service options and request a final-mile rate.

Requester Information

Information for the person responsible for this shipment. Click Show Optional Fields to enter additional information. To add or change auto-fill information, update your preferences in My Profile.

Select your affiliation(s) with the shipment

  1. If sending freight, select Shipper.

  2. If receiving freight, select Consignee.

  3. If otherwise associated with shipment, select Third Party.

Select your payment terms

  1. If the shipper is responsible for freight charges, select Prepaid.

  2. If the consignee is responsible for freight charges, select Collect.

Enter additional contact information for the person responsible for this shipment.

Origin

Address and contact information for where shipment will originate. If Shipper was selected in Requester Information this section will automatically be completed with appropriate profile information.

Pickup Options

  1. Specify the requested day of pickup in the date picker. The date selected is only for quoting purposes and does not submit a Pickup Request.

  2. Enter the shipping hours of the origin location.

  3. If shipment is originating from a residential location, select Yes in the Residential dropdown.

  4. If shipment requires packaging services, select Yes in the Final-Mile Pickup dropdown. 

  5. Specify whether shipment requires dock or ground pickup in the Pickup Type dropdown.

  6. Select any other pickup option that your shipment requires for proper handling.

Destination

Address and contact information for where shipment will be delivered. If Receiver was selected in Requester Information, this section will automatically be completed with appropriate profile information.

Delivery Options

  1. If shipment will be delivered to a residential location, select Yes in the Residential dropdown.

  2. If shipment requires final-mile delivery, select Yes in the Final-Mile Delivery dropdown. 

  3. Specify whether shipment requires dock or ground delivery in the Delivery Type dropdown.

  4. Select any other pickup option required for proper handling.

Third Party

Address and contact information for another party associated with the shipment outside of shipper or consignee. If Third Party was selected in Requester information this section will automatically be completed with appropriate profile information.

Product Information

Describe the content, quantity and dimensions of your shipment.

  1. Enter number and type of pieces in this shipment.

  2. Enter total weight and dimensions of shipment.

  3. Enter NMFC Item# and Class of shipment.

  4. If shipment is hazardous, select Hazardous.

  5. Specify if shipment requires a guaranteed pickup or delivery date.

  6. Enter any additional notes about shipment.
